The numbers don’t lie. Many studies show that we don’t cope well with the pressure of our busy environment and thus lose our capacities. That is why it is crucial to understand the mechanisms of our brain in order to be able to continue to deliver sustainable high performance. Mind your Brain uses the most recent knowledge in the field of social and neuroscience, for example through the use of a neurocognitive online test and bio-feedback.

EXECUTIVE COACHING

Target group:
C-level, Managing Director, Managers, high potentials under pressure
Timing:
5 sessions of 2 hours over a period of 6 weeks, preceded by a first introduction meeting (1 hour) and the signing of a trust charter
Content:
Neurocognitive test and coaching, measurement of current stress resistance, explanation of optimal use of our brain, your flow day (morning meeting, the challenges for that day followed by a evening discussion), bio-feedback, ….
Note:
this individual guidance is very intensive, and at the same time, down to earth. But it is the only way to become aware of patterns under stress
